Do you support hybrid environments with both on-premise and cloud?
Yes - most organisations run a mix, and we manage both sides so your network and security posture stay consistent across them.
Can you manage our existing firewall, or do we need new hardware?
We can generally work with your existing firewall platform; where it's no longer fit for purpose, we'll say so and recommend an alternative rather than forcing a replacement.
Is network penetration testing included?
Network support covers configuration and management; testing your network defences is handled through our separate VAPT service, which we can bundle in.
